I have a problem I've never encountered before - the entire weekend's Sky Sports F1 schedule (from midnight on Thursday onwards) is showing as 'Airing Break' with the description 'no description available'. No other channels affected at all. This leaves me unable to schedule recordings of the Canadian Grand Prix (which is on Main Event as well, so I'd only miss some of the build-up coverage, which would be tolerable) or its qualifying, but also the Indycar race this weekend (which is at 1am UK time, so no option of staying awake for it). Spoke to technical support, who seemed to struggle to understand the nature of the issue. Suggested deleting all future recordings, and running a soft reset, neither of which helped. Is now suggesting a hard reset, which would mean losing all other recordings I already have, and I'm not convinced that it would solve the problem anyway. Has this happened to anyone before, does it resolve itself before the programmes are on, or did it cause you to miss programmes?
