EE TV Box keeps losing connecting to TV

I've had an issue with my EE TV box for a while and finally decided I need to see if I can fix it!

My box has an HDMI connection into my Samsung TV and when I try to watch anything on the box the picture and audio constantly drop out. Sometimes the box will reconnect but only for about 1 minute before dropping out again.

I have tried different HDMI cables and plugged the cable into different inputs on the TV but none of these have resolved the problem.

I've attached images which show the latest versions of hardware and software in use (everything is auto updated). 

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can resolve this?

It would seem you are on a trial. Issues with trial boxes should be reported to the trials team, not publicly.

I am also having this issue, I've contacted BT about it who sent out an engineer, he seemed to make the problem much worse... My TV is unwatchable. Did you have any luck?
