EE TV Remote problem

I have mistakenly transferred my EE TV remote setting to the LG TV remote. Now I cannot find EE TV on the list of connections it appears to have been replaced by BT Set Top Box

Please can someone tell me how to reset back to the BT remote.  I have tried the 'press Home and 9 etc and the Home and 7 for pairing but nothing happens

I'm not very Savvy in doing settings and at 90+ I would welcome some help.
