EE tv box

Recently switched to EE for TV and fibre from BT. Received the BT edge tv box and receiving an IPC6023 error.

I've been through customer services with factory resets, restarts, hard wired connections and a new box. Still no solution.

They say the tv box is correctly aligned with broadband.

Help!!

Unfortunately there can be many causes of that particular error code and customer services seem to have gone through the most common.

Customer services though should raise a fault rather then send you away with no resolution.

Just checking as your Recently switched to EE for TV and fibre from BT.  as I could intepret that  as either you have moved/migrated your TV and Fibre to EE from BT or that you have moved to fibre from BT from another broadband supplier and taken EE TV  out via BT.

Which scenario is it ?

If you are now an EE broadband customer I would suggest registering on the EE community  and posting.

(Bt and EE are seperate companies within the BT group)

The EETV Box Edge is more typically used as second or extra room box  although can be selected as the primary box if ordering EETV.
