EE tv sky sports

My ee tv every channel is working expect for the sky sports channels which I purchased with big sports package and I been try contact with bt/ee but they can't seem to figure out the problem and the channels on now tv app for sky sports work on the app but sky sports channels don't work on the ee tv box it been over a week and bt and ee can't figure out the problem can you please tell me a fix

Do you get any error message when you try to watch the Sky Sports channels?

Im assuming TNT Sports works based on what you said.

Tnt sports works and I do not get a error just says calls advisors and give call on this number a give unique code to get started done this already on phone call but bt/ee can't still figure out the problem try everything but nothing working please fix

Oh okay, sorry in which case I dont know, sounds like a billing thing perhaps.

Unfortunately this one is a complex issue that I cannot resolve - your box is failing to authenticate with an EE back end system that I don't have access to. It's with our TMC - they're the experts, and I'm confident they'll sort it, however they do have a backlog so it could take a few days.
