Hello

I have moved across to EE TV from Sky.  How do I link my Netflix account to EE TV.  I rang BT support who said existing Netflix account cannot be linked and I need to create a new Netflix account!

It depends on the type of box you have, if you have a pro or a mini simply click join now on the netflix app and sign in - should all tie together

Log into your account and there will be a section there for inputting your Netflix account username and password.

As the standard with ads subscription is the one that comes included, if you have subscribed to a higher tier I think this may potentially cause an issue and you may need to create a new netflix account and cancel your old one.
