I have 3 channel 8s (thats TV) showing on the app. Following them, channel 24 (BBC4) is out of position, then channel 9. I can't record thats TV from the app or the TV box( Not that I'd want to). There don't appear to be any other issues. The box does not have the extra channel 8s or out of position channel 24.

I've re-paired my phone with the box. Reloaded the app. Rebooted the box and the hub from powered off. No change. I'm located in Edinburgh. Is there a configuration issue.

The EETV  mobile apps appear to be rewritten so there may ve a few peculiarities  occurring.  Is it the android or ios app and do you know the version  number  you currently have  ?

The app has always struggled with That's TV in Scotland @monarchjock as YouView give us all 3 variations for that channel for every Scottish region. The app previously showed 2 blank lines, but the new app shows the channel 3 times.

I have it in my list of things to investigate, but I'm not sure there's anything we can do as we don't know which variant the box has.

I hadn't spotted that channel 24 is out of place - I'll look into that.

I believe the inability to record is just because they don't provide recording data for their channels - I'll double check tomorrow though.
