EETV over WiFi distance from router

Hi

I am thinking over switching over from sky to BT with TV package. 

I am however concerned that it is recommended that the pro box needs to be within 5 Metres and currently my hub is probably half a metre to a metre over that. Their is a Line of sight from the box to router and have had no problem streaming with my firestick or sky box. 

Do you think eetv would be compatible with current network layout?

PS- would rather not run cables if I can Avioid it.

With clear line of sight, it's not likely to make one jot of difference.

Yeah I mean their is a strong signal between 3 and 2 bars so I'd say thats good enough?

I wouldn’t worry the pro box works perfectly over wifi.
