Good evening hope you can help I’m trying to sort my EETV out it will not work I have no billing restriction had issue which I reset the box as you do but now I cannot watch anything at all just keeps giving me a error BTP-269 no broadband issue that works fine it will not let me watch anything when reboot it says having trouble adding your subscribed channels as in normal channels and sky etc I am a loss cannot watch anything at all not happy

Proving you are subscribed to the channel you are wanting to watch and not getting mixed up with HD channel (If you are not paying for HD for instance)

Then I would do into the settings on the box and ensure your software is up to date  Home button then settings at the top right corner and then down to the software options at the bottom

If that's OK then go into the EETV app and go into the settings in there are refresh the player data (Bottom option) one of those should fix it if not you may have to do a factory reset to pull everything back through.

I ended up needing to do this for my Mum when I popped over at the weekend and these were the instructions the tech team gave me and I copied them down in case I had something like it pop up again.
