Eetv box loses connection for apps every few days, with error of yvm104
Sometimes will just resolve itself, but other times needs ethernet cable to be unplugged and plugged in again.
Also seems to happen most often overnight
and this is an EETV Box connected to the router directly?
Yes it's directly connected
Have run software update and still get same issue
Not sure there is alot more you can do, the error is 'cannot load service at this time'.
So its only apps and not the TV feed itself, is your box in IP mode or do you use traditional aerial connection?
It's only apps affected.
It uses aerial connection.
I was checking to see if you were using IP Mode because I would expect some issue there also but aerial of course bypasses all that.
What is your internet performance like generally, what package are you on?
Ultimately most apps dont use that much bandwidth unless you are watching 4K content.
Internet performance is generally good, usually over 100 Mbps.
Package is Full Fibre 100 with BT Halo 3
