I was very dubious about this solution to this very irritating problem, which surfaced after I plugged my YouView box into my new Samsung QE43QN90D TV. In desperation I purchased said eSynic 4K/30HZ HDMI Splitter 2 Way HDMI Splitter from Amazon as suggested by Kessway and can confirm that it does indeed seem to work. In addition to an extra HDMI cable, (which as mentioned by Kessway does not come with the order) you will also need a 5 volt power supply with appropriate dimensions to fit the splitter. Fortunately I had both to hand, and my YVM607 problems now seem to be a thing of the past! Many thanks Kessway!
