Hi,
can’t seem to watch my purchases on the EETV app
just get error AJ910
I am no longer a customer / subscriber but these are purchases made when I was a BT customer.
Any ideas how to watch what I purchased ?

It looks like it can be resolved, but I sense the additional complication here is you will no longer be able to complete the steps without an account.
Probably one for a mod, @DarrenDev or @David_H ?

and was using the EE TV app since but now have this error problem

I can log in fine to my EE account (that I made to use the EE TV app prior)
Just that now when I press on purchases I get the error and the “you don’t have a subscription to EETV” or something similar

so now when I click it all works fine and my purchases are there to watch
confused but happy
