A few days ago my BT YouView box stopped working on Freeview HD channels.
Showing same signal strength and quality as rest of channels which are all working OK.
Just done a FactoryReset but (as I suspected) did not make any difference.
Am I able to get a replacement and how do I go about doing so?
HD OK on TV set itself and also using a Panasonic PVR.

If you're still a BTTV customer with an active subscription, you can call 0800 800 150 and speak with the 'Help' team, they'll run through some tests and if required replace the box, the replacement will be on loan and need returned if you ever cancel your BTTV subscription.
OK thanks, will do that later.
It seemed OK last night and still OK.
Might be a coincidence but we have had a fault in the local HD for a few weeks, all HD channels were out of lip sync. This happened some years ago, soon after DSO, and Arquiva changed over drive/modulator/(whatever they call it) at the transmitter site which fixed it until they could change the unit.
It seems OK again now so wondering whether they have either changed over again or replaced a faulty unit. I wondering if there was a faulty unit then whether the YouView box could have been affected by it but the Panasonic TV and Panasonic PVR not affected?
