Frozen on the Let's Get Started page

I can't get past the Let's Get Started screen. I've done a factory reset of my BT Pro set top box and I've reset the remote control. But pressing the OK button on the remote doesn't do anything. I can use the remote to switch off the Set Top Box, and switch back on again, but I can't get past the Let's get started screen? Any ideas or do I just need to call EE

Press and hold the Home and 9 buttons together for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes, then try using it again.
