@Bluemoon1 I don’t think it’s related to the software update that you just forced. We’ve been on 4.2.22 - 0.12.92 since 3rd Feb now, and we lost functionality of the green button which has now been restored.

I don't know nearly enough about the technology to have a view of the cause of the problem.

However, yesterday morning the problem existed for me. Yesterday evening I followed Bluemoon1's advice and forced a software update and the problem had gone. Coincidence or what?

I found the problem fixed before I did the software update.

So I don’t think the fix was in the update.

The green button fix was definitely not a result of the software update. We’ve been on that latest build  (4.2.22  - 0.12.92 )since 3rd Feb and we lost the green button function. @Midnight_Voice  As a matter of interest which software build are you on with EE broadband now? I’m guessing you could be different to us now, or, at least, that’s my theory.

Given that it was consistently failing over at least for 3 days  I imagine that with all the data gathered on our use of Youview it would be fairly apparent in a spike of errors so presumably someone diagnosed the problem and got it fixed.

4.2.2/0.12.92, so late to the party when it only updated on the 10th 😢

Platform Configuration 5660 may or may not differ from yours, but ISP configuration 7204 probably does. 

I wish YouView showed us Last Updated as well as Last Checked

@Midnight_Voice We’re the same as you, except for ISP Configuration 7214 for BT broadband. I’m not sure how long it will be before you EE people will be able to use lots of new features that we won’t have access to though.
