HBO Max App channel issues

I have EE TV Full works but cannot get TNT sport and Sky channels on HBO Mx app at the same time. Now TV have linked HBO but when I login using Now TV details I don't get TNT Sports, if I login with Discovery + details I don't get Sky channels. How do I fix this.

I'm hoping for a solution here .

I subscribe to TNT Sports as add-on via my BT broadband contract.

I previously watched these channels (on Sony Bravia TV) via Sky sub but cancelled this in 2025. After a lot of investigating I purchased an Amazon Firestick ( October ) as this seemed the only way to watch TNT Sports, via Discovery+ App which was  available on the firestick.  It worked - great !  

And now I can't see HBO Max on firestick, despite searching.  So I can't access TNT Sports anymore.

What is the solution please ?  thanks in advance.

You need to install the app onto your Firestick - it won't install itself.  Visit the App Store on your Fire Stick and search for the app, or use a web browser on a different device:

Visit amazon.co.uk

Log in with the same Amazon account your Fire stick is logged in with

Search for the HBO Max app

Click the button to send the app to your Fire stick
