Good evening. My pro box as developed a fault. Came home today and it failed to turn on so unplugged and when it came on it went to a maintenance menu. A white background with some options so decided to choose reset.
The box now gets to the let’s get started menu and there’s a box that says let’s get started. However the box will not get past this section. Pressing the OK or other buttons does nothing. However pressing the BT button on the remote turns the box off and pressing the BT button again turns the box back on.
