Can anyone help; I’ve been using successfully for a couple of years my DTR-T2000 box with the EE TV app to schedule remote recordings via my phone. However it doesn’t seem to work anymore and I get a ‘this recording request has been delayed’ message before eventually telling me it’s failed to confirm the recording. I’ve tried unpairing the box and the app, hard resetting the box, uninstalling the app and reinstalling… but nothing seems to fix it. App and box are on same network when I pair, and can’t find any support anywhere else.

Same issue here with a Humax DTRT2000 too, which started around 27th Sept. I also unpaired everything, rebooted, re-paired, to no avail. I do note however that although I get the EE TV app message stating “Your recording requests are currently delayed”, with the app history showing pending, before later changing to failed, the scheduled recording does actually appear on the Humax box correctly. The successfully scheduled recording can be seen via the app in the list of scheduled recordings, even though the history tab and warning message indicates otherwise.
I notice in the Apple App Store that the EE TV app was last modified to version 6.2.0 three days ago on 26th Sept, so I strongly suspect this is the culprit.

I didn’t think to check the box as well and I did and they were there despite saying failed on the app! Thanks. Hopefully the fix the app soon.
I’ve just had this issue on a kosher BT-supplied T4000, so it’s not a T2000 issue per se.
For some reason, the EE TV app on my iPad was showing Monday’s Homes Under the Hammer as a single recording, and not the Series it is on the T4000 itself, both in My TV/Recordings/Scheduled and in Live/Schedule.
So I changed it to a Series request on Live/Schedule; this didn’t immediately change it on My TV, though I think that’s normal.
Shortly after, I got a popup on the iPad with the ‘delayed’ message.
Monday 30th now showed as a Series recording, but Monday 7th October was there, timed at 11:00, but showing a shriek in a triangle with the message Scheduling Problem.
As Monday 7th won’t appear on the EPG until tomorrow, I can’t check the details for this yet.
Are you using the app on an iPhone or iPad?
I'm using 6.2.0 on an iPhone 11 and that's working OK so could be an IpadOS issue as that's what @Midnight_Voice is using.
6.2.0 on iOS 18 on iPhone
Issue with app version 6.2.0 on iPhone running iOS 17.7, iPads using both v17.7 and v16.7.10. Not running iOS18 in any form. The issue occurs on all iOS devices, I.e. iPad and iPhone.
