IP6007

my box has  stopped me from showing my subscribed channels. I can access my apps and MyBT player no problem. I have checked that my software is up to date and checked on my account with BT and it says the subscriptions are active.

Whenever i go on these channels it just says "cannot play channel please check if you can access this channel IPC6007" When you then click resolve it doesn't do anything.

Any Advice.

Re: IP6007

Hi @TomWilliams and welcome to our community.

Sorry you're having a few problems. Can you just confirm how is the STB connected to the hub. Is it wireless, ethernet or adaptors?

Cheers

David

Re: IP6007

HI @TomWilliams  - it looks like you still have this issue.

After selecting 'Resolve' and seeing nothing happen, if you select 'Close' on the page you're on you should see a message slate in the background which says something along the lines of "Press OK to set-up the channel". If you press OK on this message it should then resolve your issue.

The messaging is a bit poor here and is something we're looking at.

If you're still struggling to fix this please reach out to me and I will sort this for you.

Thanks
Gavin
