IPC 6041

I can access all Now TV channels, and indeed they seem to be recording. However, I cannot watch because error IPC 6041 keeps coming up. It suggests that there is an internet link problem, but obviously there isn't as I can watch all channels.

I have been unable to access the area to reset the box, whilst keeping recordings. When I turn off box and restart, I press down arrow to bring up maintenance option. However, this disappears quickly and the box starts to reset.  Apparently I am supposed to press the standby button but this achieves nothing.

Do not want to do full factory reset as I have 80% recordings.

Yep, it worked. Variation in advice given by you was, pull out electric plug and leave for 30 seconds+. Originally could not access the maintenance menu, so one of those bits of advice must be critical. Thanks
