IPC6023 - Linksys Velop Route (MX5300)

Thought I would post something here as I've had an issue since I upgraded to Fibre and changed my router to a non-BT one. When trying to access IP channels I was getting an error message 'IPC6023' all I could see was a black screen.

Googled around and found advice that I needed to disable Filter Multicast which was already off.
