ITV Hub to ITVX

that's poor - need an announcement.

can anyone confirm if the existing britbox/itv hub apps are still present or have they disappeared?

Both are still there.

On all devices I have ITV Hub has only gone if ITVX has replaced it, and all still have Britbox if they had it before.

Looks like BT have failed again, the Pro Box, not so Pro.

ITV have failed not BT, it's their product & nothing to do with BT

Probably not even itv could easily be youview themselves.

There's alot of oddities surrounding this platform

Well I decided to search for the recommended new content  eg  A spy among Friends and the Youview universal search found the episodes but listed the episodes in the opposite order to what I would expect. Ie i the last episode was presented first and the first episode listed at the end but as no episode numbers only titles were listed it was not obvious until you clicked through which disappointing played in in old style ITV Hub low quality.

Communication on what is happening and what is not happening is very lacking.

I think we all agree. For a Communication Firm it is funny how they lack in communication

I  have asked the mods to raise the absence of communication but really it shouldn’t be down to them to chase as those launching or promoting new services should communicate any change.
