The live TV feature is currently available only on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Freesat, Now/Roku streaming players, Samsung Smart TVs, Sky Glass and Sky Stream puck, Virgin Media, Xbox One/S/X and Xbox Series X/S

So basically it's HD on almost every other platform other than Youview devices.

@why_oh_why correct. and the cost for the premium subscription is the same as those who have access to the HD version too.

Itv are in a mess, more we complain the better chance of this getting fixed / enabled.
