so I signed up all working ok apart from the above error but only on:
Cartoon Network hd
nick Jnr hd
sky cinema thriller hd
i sub to entertainment and movies. Need the channels for the little one.
can some one else check to see if they are working? If so can a mod raise this as an issue. With it being just 3 channels I believe it may be an exchange issue….
tried router, ont (10 minutes) and device reboot
Just to add. Connected directly into router via Ethernet. Does the same on wifi and does it on main box and multiroom box.
all other apps work. Channels work on now tv app. I’m on fttp 900meg. No issues with speed

Have you actually called in? The mods are a small team & will normally only get involved if other avenues fail
Tried twitter chat. No luck. Just asked me
to do the usual trouble shooting on a webpage.
Issue fixed at exchange. The 3 channels are now working
@Kimbrich6 good news. Did you telephone BT in the end or did you find manage to get a solution through their twitter channels?
Ended up phoning. Took them a while to come back to me. If anyone else has the issue where certain channels don’t work then it’s more than likely the same issue
