This has been going on since installed.
I have contacted BT several times to resolve the issues.
One advisor did 'reset' something his end as he said my broadband was not correctly set up ... however the issue persists.
I am fed up of having to reset both broadband and TV box - which fixes the issue for a day!
The TV box is connected wireless as my router is over the other side of the room (I also had this set up for Sky for 2 years with no issues).
Any one else having this issues?
When did you have this installed?
I guess you're using the 5GHz band for the wireless connection and if you are make sure that the channel you're using is not set on auto and not on channel 36.
It's been in use for around a month now.
Again, advisors are looking into the set up but I will double check what you have said.
I should have asked whether you're using an aerial or IP mode and is this issue on the subscription channels , freeview channels or all channels?
