Jitter / Lag BT TV PRO box

Hey all.

As the title states. Sometimes when watching a show it would jump for a few seconds now and again.  But I think thats due to the fact Im still on 60mbps (copper) and another reason why yet again I'm still waiting on full fibre to get installed in my area.

60Mb is plenty for streaming. What you're seeing is one of the many foibles of the Pro Box. It does it on terrestrial Freeview through an aerial as well. There was a suggestion in a thread a while back that it was to do with frame rate matching, but I have that switched off.

I find changing channel briefly usually cures it.

Thanks very much for the quick reply. I should have said it was while watching NOW TV and that is via internet connection..But I will try turning off the HDMI frame rate matching each time for now to see if that will help.
