I need to 'Live Chat' with someone from BT. My 75 year old father has been having a 'catalogue' of problems with his TV Box! We just had an 'Engineer' out (Paid for Privately) As BT wouldn't listen!!! And he had confirmed the box is faulty! My Father needs a new box! He is Deaf and not computer literate! I can't call on his behalf as I don't 'live' with him. I need to just get him a New Box sent out!

I would also recommend if your father is happy to do so to add yourself for access so you are able to call in the future.
