We are using a BT box for our recordings and over the last couple of days all our recordings are missing their thumbnails. I have reset the box, made sure we have the latest software update etc. Also when we play our recordings , whilst they play OK, they have a title of the last TV programme we were watching rather than the title of the recorded programme.
Why might the thumbnails have disappeared - we have over 30% recording capacity left.
