Lost Signal Quality but aerial is OK
I live in a block of 7 flats and our 'communal' aerial passes through a switch box and then out on individual feeds to each property. This worked perfectly until Sky came to install Sky Q for 2 of our neighbours. We now have very poor reliability for Signal Quality and Strength and all 'terrestrial Freeview' channels are unwatchable [We can only watch programmes delivered via Broadband such as Netflix, iPlayer, ITV Hub etc]. A Sky engineer was called back out to the property but insists that their installation is fine and not the issue [ ;( ]
Does anyone have any insight that can help us? Is there any known issue with Sky Q signals 'swamping' our terrestrial services and/or does BT have an upgraded box to offer that might alleviate this problem? Our current box is a DTR-T2100

Re: Lost Signal Quality but aerial is OK
The satellite link should be on a different distribution system and not linked to the terrestrial one. Most likely scenario is that there's an issue with the distribution system so check if you're neighbours are affected and speak with the landlord/letting agents
