Lost subscription channels

I’ve lost access to my subscription channels this week, looks to be after the EE TV branding update. 

software is up to date

tried a soft reset

anything else I can try before I need to call support?

Have you restarted your router?

If you have, then the only thing left to try is a factory reset, which support might get you to do anyway and will delete your settings and recordings.
