I frequently have the issue that most of the channels are missing from the BT TV app. It usuall fixes itself in a few days, any ideas why this happens?
This morning, the only channels listed are 332 to 455. I don't have any filters applied.

That's not something we've had anyone else report before.
Is the app paired with your BT TV box? What TV region does it show on the My TV -> Settings screen?

The app said it was paired but the TV didn't show any mobile devices. Unpaired and re-paired in the app and guide is now showing ok.

The app is supposed to recognise that the pairing has become stale - I'll get that investigated.
