Hi, we've identified a probable network fault as hub is working in fall back mode using a Hybrid 4G connection which means multicast isn't available. Provision looked complete so we've raised this with the networks team to take a look and we'll recheck once we have the ONT showing the correct lights.

Just been to check this morning and the ONT is still showing a Red light on the LOS. I unplugged the router switched the ONT off for a short while and turned it back on, but still a Red light so definitely an issue. I have advised her to call BT this afternoon but wasn't sure if things were already in motion from your kind responses.
