Re: Moving House in the same house

So the hold up now is the EETV. whether IRL or with help from the home move team, the system throws an error that multicast is not available at the new address. (You'll remember that it's the same physical property). Can anyone help with this conundrum?

Do i wait until I'm out of contact and say goodbye eetv or jump ship earlier as contact finishes in September 24th anyway.

Can i even recontract if it's not available? By the way FTTP is available at the new address not at the old address

@dephead2004 please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with details, and I'll see what I can find out

Re: Moving House in the same house

Just to conclude this tale.

Have received much help from a number of BT staffers initiated by @DarrenDev .

House name and EETV conflicts resolved.

Superb installer from OR. Placed FTTP just where it was needed. Immaculate work. Great kit. Switched on and wham 500 Mbs.

BBU provided for ONT

Billing tidied up.

The system is coming apart at the seams not helped by the change to EE for retail and the dash for fibre. I'm sticking with BT for as long as possible. Read the community posts

It can be repaired but only with a lot of great, persistent, knowledgeable folks working hard behind the scenes to join the fabric together.

Compliments offered and staff recognition letter to Allison Kirkby.
