Multicast TV dropping IPC6023

Had BTTV for years, i run in internet TV channel mode so BBC, ITV etc are all multicast, had the BT box pro for at least 2 years now an FTTP 900meg broadband again for 2 years approx.  Its all been stable until now.  The BT box pro is hard wired directly into the BT smarthub

Looked at the router logs, nothing to suggest a broadband disconnect, uptime 5 days (i did a reset then)

TV will work for a few hours sometimes 30 mins then IPC6023 error, i can change channel and it all works again.  This has now been happening over the last 2 to 3 days.

Ive reset/power cycled the router, ONT and the BTTV box

Anyone else?

I rebooted the ONT, router and TV box and also reseated the Ethernet cables this morning and since then touch wood no more IPC6023 errors

Thanks for coming back to the community and for posting an update to let us know since rebooting the ONT Router, TV Box and reseated the Ethernet cables this has resolved the error message. 

If this happens again, please get in touch with our TV tech guides and they will get this looked into for you.
