Multiple recordings

Hi,

I have a BT Box Pro connected via aerial. When I want to schedule multiple recordings which overlap each other, it only allows me to record three, even when one of the programmes is on the same channel that I am watching, albeit at a later time.

I thought recording via aerial was four.

Hi @Syrup 

Are you only recording from your Freeview  serial channels  or are you recording  a mix of Freeview  and subscription  channels  (channel numbers higher than 300).

Are you setting series recordings or individual programs ?

Is this occurring  frequently  or just on one or two occasions ?

If as an experiment  you try setting 4 new individual recordings on four channels at a time when you don't  normally  record does it accept  those recording  requests  ( you can delete those requests  afterwards).

I tried again a couple times this morning, on both occasions it was fine, all Freeview channels.
