My picture is to big for the screen on Bt

The picture on mt screen it close up and the top of peoples heads are missing how do I rectify please.

Have you pressed ‘Zoom’ on your BTTV remote control ?

Hi @magstar1 can you report back if the Zoom button on your BT TV remote has sorted that? If not you might need to try the aspect ratio button or settings on your TV's remote.
