I've upgraded my TV package today at 2-54pm to the Full Works.
As of now, the sky sports and sky cinema are still not active.
TNT sports is working fine though.
Is it normal to take this long for an activation to go through?

In my experience that sort of upgrade for an existing customer should not take that long. There have been reports on here of changes to NOW channels causing problems going back for quite some time, however.
I notice that the graphic on the website for the channel list for the Full Works package shows the Eurosport channels as not being HD. Perhaps someone who has the Full Works package could confirm that this is incorrect?
@JosePujols Which package were you upgrading from? Did you have TNT Sports before upgrading ?
I can confirm the Eurosport channels are HD on my Full Works package.
I had the £20 per month entertainment package.
I’ve just checked and still no sky sports, boost, or cinema yet.
Ok, so you didn’t previously have TNT Sports, but you have now. That suggests to me that there is still an ongoing problem with adding NOW channels which seems to have been happening for months now.

You could check to see if you can watch the match via the NOW app.
I think that a Mod needs to pick this up on here to find out exactly what’s going on. Previous posters have suggested that the problem does not get resolved until the next billing cycle which is a disgrace! If that is the case a Mod needs to ensure that you are adequately compensated for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately it's not activated in the app either.
