I have tried unsuccessfully to date via BT via phone calls (four calls, three times they actually called me back! apologies for the sarcastic tone, I have had promises of calls unkept on prior occasions).
In October i cancelled my Sky TV package and migrated to BT TV, I'm beginning to regret that decision but am now tied to a significant contract term.
Anyway the point of my message.
Since the 19th November which happens to be the day before BT took my monthly payment for all things BT (phone, broadband and the TV package ) I have been unable to receive the NOW TV channels. When trying via the TV guide or the NOW TV app I get messages including...
Loading the latest deals for you ....
Then
Sorry - there's been a problem. Blah Blah Blah

BT via the phone have suggested a broadband mismatch since my broadband package was renegotiated again in October, but I feel they have misunderstood my enquiry. Up until and including 18th November I had had a seamless and unaffected use of NOW TV channels. They are now talking a fifth phone call this time from an engineer, TMT phone call in the next 5 days. Thats another F1 Grand Prix I wont be able to watch!!
Besides this, I've paid my direct debit which includes this subscription. So now I'm getting a little "tetchy".
Anyone on here able to advise or had experience of such errors/complications with their TV package. I may have to go down the breach of contract route and return to SKY TV?? I'm only just over a month in!!
