I have just started with bt tv with now tv, i can see now tv on my bt tv pro box but when i try to sign into another device on now tv it says i have no subscription ?
on the bt website to manage now tv the email address is wrong, but no option to change it, called BT and they have no record of that incorrect email address either and cant understand why i am seeing it .
so i am at a loss at the moment, any suggestions or advice please ?
If the domain of the incorrect email address is a public one (e.g. gmail) then try creating a new account to match otherwise you'll have to wait until BT get round to investigating and correcting the problem (assuming they are doing so)

yeah i thought that, but cant setup a new yahoo.co.uk email only a yahoo.com.
it should be a hotmail.co.uk.
