NOW included with the entertainment package, when I try to access it says I need a cinema membership

I've tried to access the NOW app on my TV but it says I need a cinema membership, NOW is supposed to be included with the entertainment package so do I need to pay extra, if not how do I access the app?

• You need the sky cinema pass to watch sky movies 
• The entertainment pass does not include the cinema channels and movies

There are three main packages 

Entertainment 

Movies  

Sports 

You have Entertainment so you need to buy the additional packages

@landylady  Different EE TV packages include various combinations of Now content.

EETV currently has Entertainment Package that includes Now Entertainment membership.

EETV Big Entertainment Package would include both Now Entertaintment and Now Cinema membership.

EETV Full Works Package would include Now Entertainment , Now Cinema , Now (Sky) Sports memberships and Now Boost.

Monthly rolling addons can normally be added to a package to add extra Now memberships as well.
