Ever since BT have upgraded our TV box, we have had issues connecting to Netflix. The TV is connected to the Wi-Fi, with a full signal. However, Netlifx still states the error code “NW-3-6”. After a few tries of rebooting, retrying, turning both the Wi-Fi and TV on and off - then it does eventually work. But sometimes it simply won’t connect.
Has anyone else struggled with this error? And if so, how did you fix it?

Are you using the NETFLIX app on the BT TV Box or the TV’s own NETFLIX app .
We are using the Netflix app on the BT box.
