I cancelled my bt tv at the end of last year. I have spoken to BT on the phone and on the chat who tell me that everything has been cancelled and unlinked but my Netflix is still showing as linked and I have spoken to Netflix for over an hour and they came to the conclusion that it needs to be unlinked from BTs end. But they are saying it is. What do I do now??

I appreciate that this must be frustrating for you. If our Customer Care team have confirmed that everything is unlinked from our side, I'm not sure what more can be done.
Have Netflix been able to offer any alternative going forward? Using a different email account, or something similar?
