Netflix

Looks like many have issues with connecting to Netflix through Bt but no clear instructions for anyone - on the chat and calls for over an hour today they said they would call back between 17:00-19:00 but nothing. 
I have been sent activation links and they show an error or say I have to wait 24 hours but has been saying for all week. 

I just want to watch Netflix😞

Did you click on the hyperlink in the email or the button? strangely they link to different destinations on the email I received

Yes when I manage Netflix on bt app it asks me to sign in and then asks me to subscribe and pay - when I activate from a link it show error gathering your secure token and another link that bt gave me said to wait 24 hours but has been longer now 🙂
