Netgear Orbi 963 and BT TV

Hi

I just had Fibre 900 installed and have a new Netgear Orbi connected directly to the ONT. The broadband performance is amazing but I can't get BT TV to work (channels being delivered through the internet). 

I understand multicast is needed and have the 'BT IGMP' setting enabled in the Orbi router but it's still not working.

Ive seen posts about this but can't seem to find a solution?

First step is to connect the BT Smart Hub and confirm BT TV works with that. If there are any line/account issues, eliminate them first before trying to use different hardware.
