New EEPRO BOX

My youview box has been replaced due to the discovery + issue.I've had it about a week & i am having  a problem with the TNT sport channels.The normal channels,bbc/itv etc are ok but the tnt don't work unless i remove the ethernet cable from thr pro box & plug it back in.I've replaced the cable & same problem.The most recent suggestion was to restart the router,haven't tried that yet.I've also been given an error code.yvm102.I'm about to look at that to see what that throws up.It's all working ok now since i pulled the cable out  & plugged it back in .This is a work around of course  & a pain in the butt.If i go to discovery + app before i unplug & plug in again,tnt sport works ok though  dis.+

TBH rebooting the router would be one of the first things to try before thinking about what else the problem might be. Do it as soon as before you next want to watch TNT. Only takes a few minutes so make a cup of tea while you are waiting.
