Good evening, posting here to get some sense.
Does anyone know the monthly cost of the new multiroom box for pre existing customers who pay £5 per month for the old box. I know it’s £10 for the new box.
Whould you surrender the old box and pay a monthly cost of £10 or would you have to pay £15 and keep the old multi room box. BT customer services have no idea.
