I've had about four or five and they're all poor. If I didn't live in a second floor flat I'd be gone.

But second floor flat? Communal aerial? All sorts of **bleep** on the mains? I hope you have the box on a surge protector…

That's our new box had it's third crash in the give days we've had - this time all the apps disappeared and now I've lost the programme I was in the middle of recording having to do a reset. We pay £161 a month for a service that adds stress rather allows us to relax and watch tv. Defo time to switch from Halo and BT TV back to Sky. Never had these problems with their boxes.
