BT TV Pro remote pairing

Hi All

I have just installed BT TV Pro which all works great apart from syncing the BT remote to my TV. I press Home and 9 and it works initially on the volume, but then doesn't, and I have to do home and 9 each time to sync the remote.

Any ideas

Have you checked the Bluetooth Remote settings on the Pro Box?

Yes, tried both settings and it won't work
