New error message

Now shows btp-115c when I try to use the Bt app. I still have unresolved issues regarding now tv and Bt sport - nearly 3 months - no update, no communication, no admission of any fault or plan to sort it. 

If your response is to pat my baldy head and say there there, then don’t bother. Sort the issues.

Have you spoken with BT over the phone & what have they said?

This is a customer to customer help forum so if you want help you'll need to give us more info on whats been done so far instead of posting threads with flippant last lines which have no need to be posted
