@Lawiltshire I’d keep checking if I were you. I was in the same position as you having a BT Pro tv box which I bought off eBay and our tv service was activated before the specified date and before the box provided with our subscription arrived. As you’re probably aware unless you take out the extra box subscription only one of your boxes will work with IP and subscription channels and BT Player.

channels have appeared but it’s showing as London and I live in the West Country. How do you go about changing this?

Have you passed your activation date yet @Lawiltshire ? The service starts working straight after ordering, but unfortunately it doesn't know what TV region you're in until your activation date.

It'll automatically correct the TV region on the day of activation.

On my Satellite box when watching recordings I can use the 1,4 and 7 number buttons to skip back and the 3,6 and 9 buttons to skip forward, these are user defined for the time period, but if that is not possible then having them set at 30 secs, 1 minute and 4 Minutes would work fine.

I really miss this functionality and would love to see it implemented.

Press and hold fast forward for a 60 sec skip. Hold fast rewind for a 15 sec reverse skip.

@Lawiltshire   Hi , when you set up originally  did you select the region in channel set up as it can be changed there. I am in the West region which it needs to set during the channel search. Hope this helps .
